Yes, On some items shipping is set up to automatically combine shipping for multiple item purchases. Contact me prior to purchase for the possibility of even better combined shipping. Always happy to combine shipping. email me for a shipping quotation.

Are you a green store?
Yes, We ship with recycled material when ever possible. We have even used clean cracker and cereal boxes. While most people appreciate this recycling there has been an occasional customer who has been repulsed by it. It you require new pristine packaging, please let me know at the time of purchase, There may be a surcharge for the packaging supplies.

What is your specialty?
I started out with high quality hand made doll clothes for Barbie, American Girl and Life of Faith Dolls. Now I also offer gently used clothing with very accurate descriptions. I am transitioning into replacement flatware.

Why are your Doll Clothes such high quality?
I take my time, attention to detail, and I use durable materials. I do things like double stitching, interfacing and lining the bodice. I take care to match plaids and stripes at seams. I use snaps to protect the doll's hair.

Why do so many of your items only have partial information or pictures?
We list items as a way to keep track of inventory. It takes quite a bit of time to list an item. We spend a small amount of time on each item and will go back when we have more time to finish and add details. If there is an item you are particularly interested in, please ask and we will complete the listing.

What is your response to negative feedback you have received?
Recently I have seen an increase in negative feedback. I interpret this in many instances as customers wanting to get an item for free. I will respond individually to each negative feedback. Diana F. Abrell: Had a legitimate complaint. She choose to leave negative feedback before contacting me and giving me an opportunity to make it right. The package was insured and it took over 2 weeks to get delivered. It looks to me like the post office sent it other places and with all the extra transportation damaged the item. I could have filed a claim and she could have gotten a refund. It takes a lot of my time, so the reason I do it is to insure I can keep my feedback score high. She did not allow me that opportunity. Reuben & Jasheta Brown: She did not provide critical information when requesting a refund. She did not even tell me what the item was. She never gave a reason for wanting a refund. I believe this person is a scammer trying to get items for free and using the negative feedback threat to get free items. The initial inquiry was vague, like it was a cut and paste that could be used over and over. She was not willing to return the item at her expense. This doll skirt is a much much better quality than almost anything commercially available.

YES !. My goal is to help you complete your flatware set, or help you with whatever your goals are for flatware. I may or may not be willing to break up a complete set of flatware. I am much more willing to sell pieces from incomplete sets. Send me a list of the pieces you want and I will send you a quote.

How and why did you get started selling flatware?
My daughter received an incomplete set of flatware from her grandmother when she went off to college. I began looking for pieces to complete her set. It has been a fun hobby as I found some serving pieces too. Fortunately her pattern is very popular. Then I found an incomplete set for my son and worked on completing his set. Then I discovered how expensive replacements for my flatware set was and that started me on a path to help others complete their sets. I feel joy when I get positive or appreciative feedback.

Why does the flatware listing have pictures that are different than the listed number of pieces?
I am constantly sourcing flatware. I have many varieties now. The most time consuming is taking new pictures when I add pieces to a set I already have. I like to sell sets, because it is the most economical for buyers when shipping. I also will sell individual pieces to replace a piece that was lost or damaged. I have quite a backlog of sets that need new pictures. My method now is to add the pieces to the listing description. This is the reason if you see a set that has different pieces listed than pictured. It could also be that a piece sold. If you are seriously ready to purchase a set and the pictures don't match the description please contact me before purchase. I will verify the information and put it on the top of the list for new pictures.

Is it worth the money to keep my existing flatware set intact?
YES ! It really depends on the flatware set. If it is durable and high quality. It can even be a simple way of generating generational wealth. Some families (usually well off) have a tradition of passing down their flatware set to the next generation. Choosing a vintage flatware pattern that has stood the test of time and was popular will result in the ability to complete a set in a relative short period of time for an affordable investment. Sometimes, as in my situation, the first generation was not able to purchase the serving pieces. My daughter inherited a partial set from her grandmother. I started sourcing flatware to complete her set. Because it was a very popular pattern, I have been able to increase the number of place settings and add grapefruit spoons, iced teaspoons, and serving pieces that seemed extravagant to her grandmother. I accidentally gave her some serving spoons from a very similar set. She returned them to me stating that they weren't very strong and her set is very high quality. Sometimes as a family grows they often desire to add more place settings. Sometimes when the new generation gets the set, they discover pieces missing. These situations make a great opportunity for gift giving times like birthdays and Christmas for the original owners of quality sets and recipients of vintage sets.
