. Fabric: 100% Cotton. Pieced fabric squares of pink hearts, stripes, checks, plaids, dots, and flowers with some blue, red, orange, and white. Could be mended, worn as distressed or recycled into a cute baby blanket or a doll blanket. If you cut off the top smocking and bottom ruffle the pieced fabric is 15 x 4 inches. Seam is coming out of one fabric spare on the ruffle in the back. Top row of elastic is stretched out and brittle. Top two rows of smocking elastic are stretched out some.
