I will usually ship within two business days of receiving payment. I package very carefully, usually in a plastic bag to keep it dry, should the package get wet. Then in a box or bubble envelope. I include a packing slip in case the package ends up in the dead letter file. I use USPS tracking labels printed through PayPal. I have not had a package that was not delivered. I will use recycled packaging when available. The handling is to cover my shipping costs such as gas, printer paper and ink, packing materials, bubble mailing envelopes, etc. Please email me if you have any questions.
