HISTORY: I didn't have a lot of money back in the early 80's and I was (am) tall. It was very difficult to find pants that weren't high waters. as they were called. Sewing was also more economical than buying ready made clothes. Home economics was required at my high school at least for the girls. Everyone knew how to sew or were learning, but the cool kids had ready made clothes. I was determined that my clothes look as store purchased as possible. I'm not sure I had mastered everything then, but I was very comfortable wearing them. Today, no one can tell and no one believes me if I tell them I made something I am wearing. This was one of my favorite pairs of pants and I made them long.

CONDITION: Excellent used condition. No rips, or smells. Corduroy is showing some wear. There are some dark spots on the front and back of the legs about 5 inches up from the hem. There is soiling at the leg hems in the back, mostly inside. Most of what I sell is used, vintage, or antique. Except when marked, new please expect some signs of age or wear. Anything beyond understandable wear will be noted. We love old stuff and hope you do too. Please read descriptions carefully and view any pictures since pictures constitute part of the description.
