My best guess is 100% Polyester or a polyester blend. Blue, purple, turquoise, white and black chevron pattern. Smocked tube top bodice with ties in the center front to tie at the back of the neck. High low skirt with a 5 1/2 inch wide ruffle at the hem of the skirt. Black top stitching. Tube tops are super stretchy, so measurements may be smaller than similar size clothing. I had my daughter wear them when she was the smaller size, and they looked cute not stretched when worn and she was able to wear them for several years.
