CONDITION: NEW with tag.. No rips, stains, or smells. Top was new with the tag (see picture) but I cut the tag off to wash it. I can include the tag with the top if you want it. The spot I was concerned about washed out and the benefit of me washing it, is you now have the measurements after washing and shrinking.
