Shrug Fabric: 82% Cotton, 12% Polyester, 6% Metallic. Sleeveless red velvet bodice with a yoke in the front. A permanently tied large satin fabric bow in the center front near the neckline. Full gathered red satin skirt with a 3 inch wide red velvet fabric band at the hem. Three red 4 hole button closures in back. Entire dress is lined. Skirt lining serves as a slip. One hidden red 4 hole button and loop closure at center front neck of long sleeve shrug. 1/4 inch wide ribbing slightly ruffles along the neck, curved front, and hem or shrug. 3/8 inch wide ribbing at long sleeve hems.
