Sleeveless knit tank top yoke on this mini dress or long tunic top. Polyester lining skirt is not gathered onto the yoke, but the netting skirt is. White grossgrain ribbon is stitched slightly below the top edge of the netting creating a small netting ruffle above the ribbon. A wider groosgrain ribbon bow sits left of center on the horizontal ribbon. A rosette consisting of the yoke knit fabric with a narrow rolled hem sits in the center of the ribbon bow. White elastic waist leggings or pants are of the same white knt fabric as the yoke. This would be an adorable Easter dress in warmer climates.
