Black velvet collar trimmed with 2 inch wide ivory gathered lace is attached at the back of the neck, but loose around the front. Collar forms a V to the waist. Collar is intended to be pinned together. I do not have the pin. Self fabric ties emerge from the side seams to be tied in a pretty bow in the back and adjust the waistline as necessary. Full gathered skirt. Three black 2 hole button closures in the back. Item # 4605.
