The soles for sure are leather and the remainder of the shoes appear leather to me also. There is no content on the tag. The packaging says "Genuine Leather Soft Sole Shoes. The major color of the shoes is baby blue. A red airplane with navy blue wings is appliqued on the front of each shoe. A white star is stenciled on the front wing. Propeller and landing wheels are embroidered in peach thread. The airplanes face each other. The uppers are lined with soft fleece. Navy blue trim around the top edge of the shoes. Elastic in the sides to keep shoes snug. Leather is natural colored on the soles. Item # 1237
