Skirt Fabric: 100% Polyester. 1 1/4 inch wide waistband is flat in the front and has elastic in the back. Skirt has a vertical seam on the left front to look like a wrap skirt. Pleats start 9 1/2 inches from the top of the waistband. Belt loops. Skirt is woven, the shorts are knit. NO buttons or zipper, skirt pulls on!
