The black lace is an allover diamond pattern of little black diamonds. This lace pattern reminds me of lace stockings. Skirt has a narrow 1/2 inch waistband covered in black lace. Burgundy skirt is attached flat, while the lace is attached with pleats. The pleats are in sets meeting in the center. There is one in the center front of the skirt. Intact and working zipper closure in the back of the skirt. Clear 2 hole button closure on back waistband. Narrow rolled hem lace is 1/2 inch longer than the burgundy under skirt. This skirt has been taken in at the waistband (22 inches) and would be easy to take out to make 24 inches. The modifying of the skirt moved the zipper and button off center in the back. I think there might be a girl that might want a smaller waist with a long skirt. If you want the wider 24 inch waistband, contact me through email and I will be glad to do it for you. I am also including an Expressions girl's size 10-12 top. It is a red top, with a sheer printed overlay. The sheer overlay is gray with red roses. The darker leaves look burgundy like the skirt. The short sleeve top goes on over the head and has a keyhole in the back with one button. There is a gathered green satin ribbon in the front anchored with a red ribbon rose at the top and bottom. Short sleeves are sheer with no lining. The top overlay has frayed in the back along the back right neck line from the fabric bias. It seems to stay in place an is not noticeable. It also could be mended, but I just don't have time. I did treat it with liquid plastic, so it shouldn't get any worse. It is free with the skirt if you want it, please let me know at the time of purchase. I am willing to mend the top for an additional $10.00.
