There is a border print of black with white waves at the hem of the jacket and on the ends of the 3/4 length bell sleeves. The border also appears on the collar of the jacket. This sheer jacket can be used with black and white separates, i.e. pants, and tops to create a dressy black and white outfit. Jacket opens and closes with a metal buttoned antiqued with black stain and a loop. It looks like a metal closure. The tag shows it as a twin set, with a coordinated top underneath.
