CONDITION: NEW with tags. No rips, stains, or smells. The hat has tiny soiling on the front ivory ribbon. I point out even the tiniest imperfection just as I would want someone to do if I were purchasing. I have 100% positive feedback because of this.

The item is packaged very carefully, usually in a plastic bag to keep it dry, should the package get wet, then in a box or bubble envelope. A packing slip is included in case the package ends up in the dead letter file. I use USPS tracking labels. I have not had a package that was not delivered. Recycled packaging will be used when available.
