Camisole style bodice is attached below the waist to a gathered skirt. The skirt then has a 7 1/2 inch ruffle. The top of the ruffle is finished with a white satin stitch. Emerging from beneath the black and micro dot dress is a black straighter skirt. Very cute. Dress opens and closes in the back with an intact and working zipper. White loops on sides for a belt.
