Fabric is textured to look like linen, but is shiny. Fabric is woven, NOT knit. Sweetheart neckline dress held up with boning and your figure. Boning is in the lining in front, sides and back. A line skirt is floor length. The most notable feature of this dress is the hemline. Two rows of 3 1/2 inch wide ruffles. The top row of ruffle is covered with a 3 inch wide pleated band. Dress opens and closes in the back with an intact working invisible zipper. Also includes a matching tie belt. It closes with a large hook and eye and then can be tied.
